Board approves selection of high school assistant principal |

The Pattonville Board of Education on June 13 approved the selection of Dr. Dana Burns as assistant principal at Pattonville High School. She will begin her new position July 1.
Burns has been a science teacher at Pattonville since 2007 and serves as the science department chairperson. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Illinois State University-Normal, a master's degree in teaching and a doctorate in educational leadership, both from Lindenwood University. She was named Pattonville Teacher of the Year in May 2017.
